Fair Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:
Event Setup
  • Exhibitors are kindly requested to arrive on time and complete their booth setup before the event opens to the public. This helps create a welcoming environment for attendees.

  • Booths should be fully prepared before the event begins. Late setups may incur a fee of $200 USD.

Lead Generation and Agency Support
  • Exhibitors should ensure their profiles and accounts on the Expo App are up to date and ready for use. Any issues should be reported to Expo Vente Australia organizers as soon as possible.

  • Exhibitors may invite partner agencies to support their recruitment efforts at their booth. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that agency representatives have agent accounts on the Expo App before the event.

Agency representatives should refrain from:
  • Wearing attire with company branding, logos, QR codes, websites, or contact information.

  • Distributing flyers or business cards related to their company.

  • Distributing materials for organizations not participating in the Expo.

  • Walking around the Expo Hall to engage attendees or distribute promotional materials outside of their designated booth area.

Non-compliance may result in a penalty of USD $1,000 and/or removal from the event if the issue is not resolved.

Booth Personnel
  •  Each booth may have a maximum of three representatives at a time. Personnel exchanges are not permitted during the event.

Technology and Lead Capture
  • Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own mobile devices to use the QR scanning feature on the Expo App.

  • Any additional devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) required for recruitment should be provided by the Exhibitor.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of the leads collected at their booth. Login credentials for the Expo App should not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Compliance and Corrections
  • The Wharton Group, Inc. follows a fair “three-strike” system, providing Exhibitors with opportunities to correct any infractions before further action is taken.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in making the Expo a success!
